i’ve been shooting some digital campaigns for alex and ani this year. you can find them in your inbox or on their website. i’ve put a bunch of screenshots in my ’new work’ section. we shot this one in charlestown, rhode island - in april for summer ‘16. our model, svetlana, gets an a++ for being a trooper in a bikini on a sunny, but brisk day. she didn’t complain once. not once. not even as she turned blue. 

i want an arm full of precious threads. double arms.

this past winter, i shot two assignments for providence college magazine. 

the first was a behind-the-scenes look at their student run fashion show, titled: africa unleashed. the motherland dance group presented various looks, rich with color and texture, mixed with performance of dance and spoke word. 

the second assignment was shot at the museum of fine arts. i captured a portrait of michelle finamore (penny vinik curator of fashion arts) in her office. she was preparing for the art of innovation in fashion showcased in #techstyle. we also shot ted mcnamara for a piece on his work with the brand, m.gemi.

i worked with art director, lindsay kelly, at gemvara for their gemma gray SS16 site refresh. we shot in marblehead, ma on a cold, cold, rainy march day. COLD. POURING RAIN. WINDY. MONSOON. but, we did it! can you tell chelsea (model) is freezing? she is. :)

here is the first shot of the series, along with some flat lays. i also did a few little illustrations for their pantone story.

i used the procreate app on the ipad. if you’re looking for a drawing app, that’s a good one! so many features that i keep discovering them. worth however much it costs. adobe draw is also cool. that is all.
